UPDATE
I wrote this negative review last year in June and in January of this year the owner of the spa reached out to me. She apologized for the service and the way my complaint was handled and offered me some services to make it right. I've got to say I was pretty blown away by the fact that she would even contact me after such a long period of time. It really shows that they actually do care about the service their customers receive. I have not only booked an appt to take her up on her offer but I have also booked another appt to try another one of their services and am looking forward to it! Hopefully I will be editing this review once again to change my rating to loved it!!

I cannot begin to say how much I love this Spa. The service is outstanding, the staff are all exceptionally friendly and very willing to help you out with everything. From the moment that I walked into the door, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who showed me where to leave my shoes, helped me pick out a pair of sanitized flip flops (what a wonderful idea by the way for thinking of your clients safety!). Next she gave me some paperwork to fill out about my health, again another thing that I never thought I would have to do for a facial or spa services but after the receptionist explained to me that they use a lot of natural products that have essential oils in them and how they can harm you if you are on certain medications or have health problems, I understood why. My Esthetician greeted me with a friendly smile and introduced herself then helped me pick out my polish. The music was perfect, the atmosphere was calming, the facial was out of this world, and the manicure and pedicure is beautiful! My polish is still on my toes and the gel polish on my hands lasted for over 2 weeks! I would highly recommend anyone to come to The Healing Room Wellness Spa is you want superb service at a reasonable price.
